Τhe Hellenic Institute of International & Foreign Law is pleased to inform you that the fourth cycle of academic seminars for judges and lawyers continues on Monday, 03 June 2013 with the lecture of Nikolaos Katiforis, Attorney-at-Law, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens, on:  

«The irreconcilability of an earlier judgment or a (European) Order for Payment as a ground of refusal of the enforcement of the European Order for Payment».
