Τhe Hellenic Institute of International & Foreign Law is pleased to inform you that the fourth cycle of academic seminars for judges and lawyers commences on Monday, 04 March 2013 with the lecture of Manolis Perakis, Attorney-at-Law, PhD, Teaching Fellow at the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens, on:  

 «The E.U. Court’s decision on the Pringle case (C-370/12) with regard to the European Stability Mechanism and the strict conditionality for the provision of financial assistance to a member state of the Eurozone».
